About The Webinar
The goal of any endodontic treatment is to prevent or treat apical periodontitis-microbial control. This goal is achieved through the synergistic effect of the famous endodontic triad: instrumentation, irrigation, and obturation of the root canal anatomy.
Anatomically Centered Endodontics, ACE, is a philosophy that embraces all 3 components of the endodontic triad while allowing clinicians to reach microbial control in a minimally invasive, safe, and efficient manner-streamlining endodontic procedures.
Objectives:
- Comprehend the scientifically based biologic requirements for endodontic success.
- Understand the meaning of minimally invasive endodontics.
- Appreciate the latest generation of minimally invasive technologies that allows us to clinically obtain the essential biologic goals.
About The Presenter
Dr. Chafic Safi
Dr. Chafic Safi completed his postgraduate residency in Endodontics at the University of Pennsylvania in 2015 where he also completed a Master of Science in Oral Biology researching the outcome of endodontic microsurgery and factors affecting prognosis.
Dr. Safi remains on the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania’s department of Endodontics as well as University of Montreal, as an adjunct professor. He is also a faculty lecturer for Next Level Endodontics.
Dr. Safi is a published researcher and lectures on various endodontic topics. He is certified by the American Board of Endodontics. He founded Centre Endodontique Saint-Laurent in Montreal, Canada where he lives and practices since 2016.
