Through their partnership with Global Payments Integrated, Curve GRO provides practices with the ability to have their patients opt-in to receive a text message containing their current balance and due date with reminders. By responding with “Pay,” they can instantly pay their bill from either a credit card or bank account securely stored in their profile.

GRO’s new self-scheduling feature enables practices to offer an easy way for patients to schedule appointments while maintaining complete control of permissions. Practices using GRO can now give select patients, or prospective new patients, access to scheduling without giving up control of their schedule.

By automating and escalating communication using “if-then” logic and preferences dental practices set, GRO helps practices reduce the number of no-shows, cancellations, and callbacks.
