Coaching for the Dental Mind

After several years of study and many years in the dental workforce and business world, I am pleased to announce the launch of my executive coaching practice or as I like to refer to it – Coaching for the Dental Mind!

As a clinical endodontist with over thirty five years’ experience in private practice, I have a lot of insight into the dental mind. I believe that the greatest distinction between a mediocre dental practice and an exceptional practice is found in the mind of the dentist. Quite simply, leaders of extraordinary practices think in exceptional ways. They have learned necessary skills to overcome blind spots and self-limiting beliefs that serve as barriers to their personal, professional, and financial success.

Some achieve success on their own, but many dental practitioners work with mentors and coaches. I did… having my own coach has helped me immensely. Doctors in my four doctor endodontic practice have worked with coaches as well, and our office manager has benefited from having her own coach for the past ten years. The results for our practice have been amazing and would not have been possible without the aid of our coaches. This same experience is what I intend to provide for my clients.
