AAE20 Has Been Cancelled

“It is with great anguish that we have chosen to cancel our annual meeting, AAE20. While we were very much looking forward to making everlasting endo memories in the vibrant city of Nashville, the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 proved too extreme to take lightly. Ultimately, for the health and safety of all AAE20 participants, this was the right thing to do.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. In the coming days and weeks, we will consider possibilities for salvaging content from this meeting and will continue to update this FAQ page as information becomes available. For now, we leave you with the simple wish to stay well, and we look forward to seeing you again when the time is right.

All registration fees will be refunded in full, even if you canceled before this decision was made. At this time, there is no action required. Please allow up to 60 days for all refunds to be processed. As the official AAE20 registration and housing partner, we at Experient are here to help. All hotel reservations booked in the AAE block will be cancelled without charge. At this time, there is no action required. If you made a hotel reservation outside of the AAE block you will need to cancel that reservation directly with the hotel. If you still intend on traveling to Nashville, please re-book directly with the hotel.
