Orange, CA – SybronEndo, a global leader in endodontic equipment and material, is proud to introduce its latest innovation in endodontic obturation, the RealSeal 1TM Bonded Obturation system, featuring Resilon® technology.

This new obturator system includes a polysulfone core that is precision coated with Resilon material using high-tolerance injection molding. Prior to insertion into the canal, the bonded obturator is heated to a specific temperature using our proprietary RealSeal 1 obturator oven. When used in conjunction with our patented resin-based RealSeal® sealer the obturator and sealer bond together to form a superior seal from the dentin to the core to prevent leakage.

The obturator’s polysulfone core differs in radiopacity from the Resilon coating which makes it easy to identify in the canal for precise placement and verification. This soft resin technology can be dissolved readily with conventional solvents, making it easier to retreat or to create a post space. The RealSeal 1 bonded obturator and the RealSeal sealer are latex free, addressing the concerns of doctors whose patients are allergic to latex.

The RealSeal 1 Obturation System is comprised of: obturators with a .04 taper in sizes ranging from 20 to 90; corresponding size verifiers; self-etching Resilon-based sealer; a technique guide, a training video and a patented two-chamber oven for heating the obturators.

To learn more about the RealSeal 1 Bonded Obturation System, please visit us at www.superiorfills.com. To purchase this revolutionary new obturation system, contact SybronEndo at www.sybrondental.com or call  1-800 –346-ENDO (3636).

SybronEndo is dedicated to the preservation of natural dentition while eliminating patient pain. We will provide our clinicians with the safest and most efficient files coupled with superior filling methods that set industry standards. SybronEndo is a customer-driven organization dedicated to providing incredible value and service to our clinicians and the patients they serve.
