Lisa Moler, Publisher and CEO
Lisa is considered one of the leading forces in the American publishing industry and has extensive sales, marketing and advertising experience. As a native Phoenician, Lisa began her advertising and marketing career in 1984 representing iconic publication brands AZ Visitor, Phoenix Magazine and TV 3, where she managed sales for electronic media. Lisa also launched and managed additional publications in the Phoenix market which led to the launch of Doctor of Dentistry of Arizona, which she successfully published for over six years. Lisa launched MedMark, LLC in 2005 as a start up organization serving the dental sector and has since launched numerous additional dental publications. As MedMark’s founder, president and publisher, her ongoing responsibilities include the leadership of the company's business strategy, cultivating business development opportunities, and the establishment of strategic industry partnerships. Her high energy combined with focused determination helps to build a culture of performance, respect, trust and collaboration. When Lisa is not working to make MedMark the leading, interactive medical marketing and advertising company throughout the country, she can be found cooking, decorating, kickboxing, traveling, singing karaoke, and enjoying outdoor activities with her dogs Bandit, Louie, and Jack.
Mali Schantz-Feld, Managing Editor
Driven by her passion for research, writing, and editing, Mali provides her editorial expertise to MedMark’s national publications. During her 20-year career, she has collaborated with global manufacturers and key opinion leaders in the dental and medical fields. She has won awards from the Florida Magazine Association; the Florida Freelance Writers Association, and the Jesse H. Neal Award for Editorial Excellence. Mali is a member of the American Medical Writers Association, American Association of Dental Editors, Florida Magazine Association, Society of American Business Editors and Writers, and the Florida Freelance Writers Association. Born in New York and now residing in Florida, Mali received a Master's Degree in English from C.W. Post College. As a part of Team MedMark, Mali strives to keep dental professionals informed about the latest treatment methods, equipment and materials that can improve patients' dental health and quality of life.
Kay Harwell Fernandez, Assistant Editor
A journalist for three decades, Kay Harwell Fernandez is an award-winning editor and writer. Her editing and articles have appeared in international, national and regional magazines, newspapers and webzines. She has contributed to five books and wrote an Apple iPad/iPhone app. Primarily she focuses on medical, health, business and travel. She is delighted to be part of the MedMark family.
Kim Murphy, Production Manager and Client Relations
Born and raised in the Chicago area, Kim leads MedMark’s production functions and handles all client relation’s initiatives. She began her career in the boutique aviation industry in 2003 and has an extensive background in marketing, sales and customer relationship management. Her proven track record for business development and account retention in a highly competitive market adds a complimentary effort to the MedMark team. Kim’s focus on production quality, project management, and contract administration, directly contributes to the team’s key audience engagement functions. Kim resides in Scottsdale, Arizona and is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Business Management.

Drew Thornley, National Sales Director
Drew Thornley, brings two decades of advertising sales expertise to the MedMark team. He has headed advertising sales efforts for leading dental publications, websites, and electronic media in the U.S. and Canada, and during his tenure as associate publisher/project manager for a group of dental publications, he gained extensive experience with reporting, forecasting, list growth, organizational partnerships, and production. Drew has also directed electronic media efforts and maintained databases for publications and online properties, maintained relationships between circulation fulfillment houses and publications, and was responsible for circulation and customer service reports for multiple publications with millions of subscribers. Drew looks forward to working with MedMark’s advertisers and treating each one with his signature enthusiasm, professionalism and attention to detail.
Sharon Conti, National Sales Representative
Sharon brings over twenty years of sales and management experience from various industries to MedMark. Her former clinical experience as an RDH and most recent work within the instrument manufacturing industry has provided insight to the challenges that our customers address daily. She is excited to remain in the dental industry where her skillset will be best utilized and looks forward to working with the MedMark team! When she’s not working, Sharon can be found relaxing with her husband and their pets in her suburban Pittsburgh home.
Greg McGuire, E-Media ManagerArmed with a diverse background in online product leadership, consumer marketing and research, Greg is seasoned in creating delightful & profitable customer experiences. Greg's extensive experience managing interactive projects including website buildouts, email marketing campaigns, web 2.0 technologies, blogging & social networking platforms. As the E-Media Manager for MedMark Greg is chiefly responsible for executing all day-to-day responsibilities in regard to anything electronic media related as well as occasional graphic design duties. This includes content curation for 4 websites, email marketing campaigns, social media management, analysis of visitorship among all digital propeties, maintaining content publishing calendars for all of MedMark's digital assets, preparing budgets for product acquisition, reporting on overall cost of plan & execution timeline, draft & negotiate vendor contracts; all while managing all costs in order to maximize company return on investment. Greg is outwardly committed to being the best father, husband, friend, son, brother, beer-brewing, dog-loving college football fan in the universe.
Scott Olason, Web DesignerScott is responsible for providing art design, illustration, website management and creative vision for MedMark. He has served in many management and executive roles for distinctive brands including Homebid.com, where he worked as a graphic designer, Axient Communications where he designed solutions for NBC Olympics.com/ Quokka Sports (Sydney 2000), The Ali Project, and Freeplay Music. Scott also served at Action Performance where he contributed to NASCAR projects and its 15 brands including the Action Racing Collectibles and Racing Collectables Club of America. Scott has provided creative direction to Full Circle Holdings, the Fan Hub kiosk project, and the Enzus partnership which developed a range of NASCAR related toys and an online video game. Scott graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design, and was a member of the Zeta Beta Tau fraternity. He resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his lovely bride Tamara and dog Jasmine.
